The British thespian recently wrapped his latest film, The Favourite, which stars Swift's longtime pal Emma Stone. While he was in the U.K. filming it (and Swift was laying low pre-album release) the songstress jetted across the pond to spend time with him for an "extended period of time," according to People. In addition to The Favourite, Alwyn is filming period drama Mary Queen of Scots, which stars Margot Robbie and Saoirse Ronan.

2. Swift's parents are fans of their relationship

Not only does Swift hop on a plane for Alwyn, he does the same for her. The mag reported that he visits her in the States often, is "getting to know her parents and everyone likes him." He is also very supportive of her work.

The duo has been keeping their relationship on the low, and "her decision to keep her relationship with Joe quiet is making her happy," a source told the mag.
